Before reserving a tour, it is your responsibility to read Tour Itinerary, Pricing, Package Includes and Excludes, Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Special Note, etc. Herein, you state that you have already read and completely understood the content and will waive any right you have to dispute against any part of it after the purchase is made by you.
Once you complete your reservation, it is your responsibility to keep all your contact information updated.

Reiter Tours highly recommends to get travel insurance for medical, baggage, and trip cancellation, etc. Reiter Tours does not offer any travel arrangements. The tours listed on our site are operated by different tour providers. We are an agent for those providers of tours, sightseeing and transportation. Reiter Tours is exempted from all liabilities in the event of any accident resulting in, but not limited to, injury to people, loss or damage of properties, death during the trip, irregularities delays, or other occurrences beyond our control. You agree that Reiter Tours will not be held liable for any damages or costs arising out of a dispute between you and any provider or third party for anything which is considered in any way related to its site or the information available on this site, and hereby you expressively waive any claim against Reiter Tours including its owner, officers, directors, parents, employees, subsidiaries, representatives, and agents.
Tour Changes and Cancellation
Tour providers try their best to keep all the tour arrangements same as planned, however, sometimes to ensure safe tours, the tour providers have the right to make changes including postponing, altering and canceling tours. This update can be due to transportation, weather, riot and all other reasons under rare or special circumstances. Tour providers also have the right to cancel the tour before departure, and refund your payment.
Tours are escorted by bi-lingual or English or multi-lingual guide and/or driver guides. To meet the language needs of passengers on a tour, languages can be combined to ensure a good tour operation. You are responsible to inform us about your language preference when you book the tour.
Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that all prices are in the United States Dollars. Prices can vary due to availability. As an example, prices can increase during holidays. All prices need confirmation. Reiter Tours’ Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is considered a part of this agreement, and you also agree that you read and agreed to all its details before booking online.
Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel
If you have a special medical condition, or in case you are pregnant and still considering travel, you should consult with your midwife or doctor, especially if your condition requires urgent care, routine care, or your pregnancy is at high-risk. You also understand Reiter Tours and the local provider are not in this position of providing any medical services or even urgent care if required. You are the only one liable for all risks, incidences or even consequences incurred during the tour. We recommend you purchase medical insurance and also travel insurance.
Disabilities and Travel
We welcome all people, no matter their color or physical conditions. We aim at providing free access and travel opportunities for special needs people all over the United States and also abroad; however, not all travel products include special accommodations. Also, you are responsible, before you book, to ensure that any special arrangement can be made. Reiter Tours and the local provider are not liable for incidences or consequences occurring during the tour or all complaints or lawsuits after or during travel due to the failure of informing us of your special needs.
No matter the reason for the cancellation, we are forced to carry costly charges from out travel and hotel providers in the form of penalties and fees that re incurred when there is a cancellation of confirmed or pending bookings. As such, there are cancellation penalties or fees incurred. Determination of the time of cancellation will be done when the notice is received and confirmed by our office. You must make any notice of cancellation directly to Reiter Tours by email or web mail at the Contact Us section.
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure with respect to operating requirement or circumstances beyond control. In case a cancellation is made at any given moment in time before departure, our only liability as Reiter Tours will be to refund you, the passenger with the amount we received for the booking of the tour. We will try our best to re-book the same or similar tour. We are not responsible for any cancellation penalties that may have been incurred on any other travel arrangements inclusive of separate purchase of air tickets.
We are not liable for any other travel arrangements that have been affected as a result of the cancellations.
Since this is a 100% guaranteed departure, in case of a cancellation, a refund of 120% will be given. The refund however doesn’t apply to bad weather conditions, Airport Closures, State Emergencies or anything that is beyond our control as the tour operator.

There is no refund for unused features. You forfeit the entire payment when you are a no show.
We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip although every effort is made by us to ensure that normal operations are maintained.
An add-on fee of xx% for handling fees is charged in addition to the above penalties. Each Complaint needs to be in writing.
NOTE: More than 30 days after the completion of tour, we cannot grant any refunds.
